Entry is free to anyone over the age of 18. The Grosvenor is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The restaurant opens at 7pm and closes at 11:15am. After letting the New Year in and dancing into 2019 we all eventually went onto the tables to play roulette where we enjoyed winning a bit and loosing a bit. We didn't leave until 4am and had a terrific time.
